Responsibilities

• Service Delivery, Program, and Contract Performance Support: ensure high-quality virtual service delivery; monitor activities; reinforce performance expectations; align with program requirements.
• Direct Customer Service: deliver virtual frontline services; conduct needs assessments; develop individualized service plans; provide job readiness and coaching.
• Required equity competencies: take action to learn and grow; take action to meet the needs of others.
• Experience includes: leadership, service coordination, process optimization, and customer-centered career development.
