Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in-house or law firm with employment focus.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR processes.
• Experience handling confidential documents with discretion and accuracy.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and data management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and collaborate with internal teams and external counsel.
• Familiarity with Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage employment-related documents and agreements.
• Assist in internal investigations and eDiscovery processes.
• Conduct legal research on employment laws and precedents.
• Coordinate with internal lawyers, business units, and outside counsel.
• Prepare presentations and training materials for the Employment team.
• Support multi‑jurisdictional projects and internal initiatives.
