Qualifications

• Strong writing, organizational, and advocacy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex employment/litigation matters and manage multiple cases.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies and budgets.
• Conduct and defend depositions and argue dispositive motions.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients in employment disputes.
• Negotiate and draft settlement agreements.
• Assist with marketing and business development to grow the firm.
