Role Description
We are seeking an Employment/Litigation attorney to join our Irvine, California office as an Associate.

Our dynamic Employment/Litigation Group is known for its comprehensive approach to handling matters related to complex insurance claims analysis and representing clients in high-stakes litigation cases.

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional legal services. The candidate does not need to have a book of business. This position is hybrid in our Irvine, California office.

Essential job duties include:

• - Overseeing complex employment/litigation matters and managing multiple cases
• - Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• - Conducting and defending depositions and arguing dispositive motions.
• - Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• - Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
• - Assisting with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships.
