Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of civil litigation experience, ideally including employment litigation.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Strong writing, deposition, and courtroom skills appropriate to experience level.
• Familiarity with AI-driven and emerging technologies in legal practice.
• Ability to manage an active caseload independently while collaborating with a national team.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in litigation and administrative proceedings involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims.
• Handle matters before state and federal courts and agencies such as the EEOC and NLRB.
• Conduct depositions, draft dispositive motions, and manage discovery in various matters.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues including hiring, leave management, and accommodations.
• Review and draft employment policies, handbooks, and agreements, including non-competes.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's national platform on multi‑jurisdictional matters.
