Job summary

Michigan Medicine's Adult Emergency Services is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Technician to support RN-led care for adult patients in emergent situations. You will perform patient care tasks, assist with procedures, monitor patients, and help ensure timely, safety-focused delivery of care.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of ED or prehospital experience, and current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS and strong teamwork/communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of ED/prehospital experience in an acute care setting.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities
