Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking an exceptional Embodied AI Engineer to build the foundation of its Zero-labor Home vision. This hybrid role designs, builds, and scales the tooling that turns generalist robot intelligence into deployable capability on next-generation LG home robot platforms.

You will work across research and product teams, building data pipelines, training systems, and on-robot deployment stacks to ship reliable systems used by millions of customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant industry/research experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years.
• Strong software engineering in Python or C++, full-stack data pipeline to deployed model.
• Experience with robot data pipelines, simulation, and deployment tooling.

Responsibilities

• Implement, debug, and optimize model architectures (VLA, diffusion/flow-matching policies, world models).
• Build and maintain scalable training and evaluation infrastructure for Robot Foundation Models and on-robot deployment stacks.
• Architect and operate large-scale data pipelines combining simulation, generative data, teleoperation, and real-world data.
• Work hands-on with robot hardware to bring up new platforms and debug real-world failures.
• Collaborate with global research teams and hardware partners to integrate embodied AI systems into LG's consumer ecosystem.
