Hiebing, based in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Digital Coordinator eager to grow in email, CRM, loyalty and digital marketing. You’ll start with hands-on execution, learning from experienced strategists and technologists while building deeper expertise in lifecycle marketing and audience strategy.

The role focuses on day-to-day email and messaging programs across a client portfolio, with opportunities to expand into deeper CRM capabilities as our capabilities grow.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, digital marketing or related role.
• Experience with an email marketing or marketing automation platform.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn and experiment.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to apply AI tools to day-to-day work.
• Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with strategists, designers, developers and Digital team members to deliver high-quality work for clients.
• Build and configure email and messaging campaigns across platforms, including setup, personalization and A/B testing.
• Support audience segmentation and management, including lists, targeting, suppression rules and deployment.
• Conduct QA of email creative, links, tracking, targeting and automated journeys, and support deployment.
• Coordinate campaign assets, approvals and timelines, maintaining documentation and status updates.
• Assist with campaign reporting, performance monitoring and insights.
• Make CMS content updates and support other digital marketing needs.
• Use AI and emerging tools to improve efficiency and quality.
