Responsibilities

Support mechanical and electromechanical subsystem design from concept through production.
Develop architectures balancing performance, cost, reliability, and time-to-market.
Drive technical execution within small engineering teams and participate in design reviews and risk assessments.
Support lifecycle management, cost-down efforts, and field issue investigations.
Design, model, and validate assemblies, enclosures, mechanisms, and thermal/structural solutions.
Partner with global suppliers on tooling, DFM, and process validation.
Ensure designs meet global compliance and regulatory requirements.
Mentor early-career engineers and collaborate cross-functionally for system-level integration.
