The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years in electrical design, and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Hybrid work arrangements are available at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years of electrical design experience in defense/robotics or related industries.
• Proficiency with circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools such as Altium Designer.
• Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and power electronics.
• Knowledge of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and environmental testing.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, or other defense standards is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• US Citizenship required for security clearance and ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Schematic design and PCB layout oversight for electrical systems.
