Job summary

SAIC seeks an Electrical Engineer to support the US Navy in Arvada, CO, working on design, manufacture, and sustainment of military systems. The role requires independent work, mentoring junior engineers, and interfacing with technical reports and presentations.

The candidate should have strong circuit design knowledge, experience with CAD tools such as Altium/PADS, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. This is a hybrid on-site role near Arvada, CO, with relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with electrical design and systems.
• Experience translating requirements into circuit designs.
• Ability to fault isolate electronic systems in field or lab.
• Experience writing technical reports and interface documents.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, evaluate, and test electronic equipment and electrical systems.
• Work with power, radar, RF, analogue/digital circuits, control systems, and testing equipment.
