Qualifications

• Proficient in modern versions of AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) licensure in Virginia is required; LEED Accreditation is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in design and construction administration for various markets.
• A proactive approach to client management and project delivery.
