• Degree in electrical engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 15+ years of experience in an A/E environment
• Proven success managing engineering projects and delivering results
• Strong electrical engineering expertise and knowledge of related disciplines
• Ability to lead, supervise, and mentor engineering staff
• Comfort operating as the primary technical and client-facing leader

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical design from concept through construction.
• Mentor engineers and supervise day-to-day tasks.
• Coordinate with in-house disciplines for integrated solutions.
• Interface with clients as the senior electrical voice on projects.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality outcomes.
