Job summary

Campos Fabrication in Amherst, NH is seeking an experienced EIC Engineer to lead electrical, instrumentation, and controls projects from design through commissioning. The role collaborates with engineering, production, and client teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with one remote day per week and four onsite days, focusing on power systems, control design, and commissioning activities to drive successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, instrumentation, controls, or automation.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the electrical scope of engineering projects.
• Develop electrical design deliverables, including single-line diagrams, instrument lists, I/O lists, loop diagrams, and wiring drawings.
• Support power system design, equipment specifications, RFQs, material takeoffs, and contractor scopes.
• Design, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and control systems.
• Support PLC/HMI programming and automation initiatives.
• Participate in shop and field commissioning activities.
