Nova Solutions Group is seeking an EHS Systems Analyst in Houston to own and optimize the EHS information platforms. You will manage data, build dashboards, support regulatory reporting, and act as the go-to system expert across EHS, Operations, Regulatory, IT and business teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining platforms, upgrading functionality, and creating training resources while driving data accuracy, quality, and leadership-ready reporting for executive review.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; CS or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of systems admin/management experience; 5+ years with environmental/safety systems.
• Oil and gas experience preferred.
• Strong data management and problem-solving; proficient in SQL, Excel, Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and improve EHS information systems; manage data and dashboards.
• Support regulatory reporting and ESG disclosures.
• Develop training materials and lead user training on EHS systems.
• Collaborate with EHS, Operations, Regulatory, IT and business teams.
• Maintain system documentation, access, and upgrades; provide executive summaries for leadership.
