Job summary

Primient is seeking an EHS Systems Management Analyst to optimize the technology that tracks Environmental, Health & Safety data across the company. You will manage systems, analyze data, build dashboards, and serve as the Gensuite and SharePoint subject matter expert.

You will collaborate with EHS professionals to implement reporting structures, support training, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with corporate standards and audits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of relevant Systems Experience
• Experience with systems integration and data conversion, with emphasis on cloud-based systems
• Experience in document control
• Able to coordinate and organize multiple deliverables at a high level
• Detail oriented, organized, continuous improvement mindset, creative and efficient
• EHS Systems experience, Gensuite exposure preferred
• Tableau or Encorta experience preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
• Knowledge of ISO Standards preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage systems for EHS Metrics collection and reporting including data gathering and mining
• Analyze data in Gensuite to identify trends and publish actionable findings; build dashboards and identify key indicators
• Serve as Gensuite subject matter expert; administer/train on applications and reports; manage vendor permissions
• Act as SharePoint SME; integrate digital tools for EHSS
• Champion digital document storage for audit readiness and standardization across sites
• Assist with technology for training materials, reporting, and dashboards to improve clarity
• Help drive corporate corrective actions in programs, procedures, or communications to closure
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency in reporting and data retention
