Job summary

Diversified Energy Company is seeking an EHS – Regulatory Senior Analyst to elevate regulatory filings, reporting, and data analytics across our operations in the United States. The role focuses on aligning people, processes, and systems with company goals and ensuring compliance with state agencies.

You will compile and analyze EHS regulatory information, design workflows, manage NOVs, and lead data integration efforts to support operational teams and corporate programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the natural gas and oil production industry with a focus on regulatory work.
• Working knowledge of state regulatory systems in OH, PA, WV, VA, KY and TN.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory filings with state agencies (well transfers, plugging, permits, approvals).
• Manage NOVs lifecycle from receipt to closure for Diversified and Next LVL.
• Own EHS Regulatory incident reporting system and automate notifications.
