Job summary

LEDVANCE is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager for our headquarters in Wilmington, Massachusetts, to oversee EHS programs at distribution centers and other U.S. operations.

The role requires leading risk assessments, ensuring ISO 14001/45001 alignment, regulatory compliance, training, incident investigations, and sustainability reporting across US locations and Canada; collaboration with Operations, HR and Facilities will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001/45001 and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across US facilities and sustainability reporting.
• Lead EHS incidents investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain EHS documentation, OSHA logs, and regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Quality, and Facilities to integrate EHS across the business.
• Oversee relationships with EHS vendors/consultants and drive continuous improvement.
