Qualifications

7+ years of healthcare IT experience with Meditech expertise.
Strong Meditech Expanse, Client/Server, and MAGIC knowledge.
Experience with enterprise EHR architecture, integrations, and data migration.
Understanding of clinical and revenue cycle workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting large healthcare systems or consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee Meditech system architecture, integrations, and solutions.
Lead Meditech implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimization.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to align technology solutions.
Provide leadership for interoperability, HL7/FHIR interfaces, data migration, and integrations.
Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, security, and workflow efficiency.
Develop architectural standards, documentation, and implementation strategies.
