Job summary

SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. in Des Moines, IA is seeking an EFTI Professional Services Project Coordinator to assist with implementing requests from financial institutions, data processors, or other customers for SHAZAM services.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with project teams to ensure on-time delivery and high quality. You will support meeting coordination, status updates, issue research, and documentation while navigating technical topics under a project manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination is required.
• Banking experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to track tasks, plan resources, and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned projects on time and with high quality.
• Coordinate calls, take meeting notes and provide status updates to the project manager.
• Support research and problem resolution under the project manager's direction.
• Understand technical issues and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain internal documentation and update databases.
