Job summary

Recording Academy's Grammy Museum in downtown Los Angeles seeks an Education & Community Engagement Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of education programs. This hybrid role requires one in-office day per month and occasional evenings/weekends.

You'll coordinate Grammy Camp, In the Schools, Industry Sessions, Student Showcase, and educator-focused initiatives, manage applications, communications, and on-site logistics, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, music, arts administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of program coordination or administration experience.
• Experience supporting both in-person and virtual programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for education and community programs, including Grammy Camp and other initiatives.
• Coordinate applicant recruitment for Education & Community Engagement programs.
• Coordinate application processes, including submission tracking and participant communication.
• Coordinate acceptance and selection process, including tuition and minor logistics.
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, and on-site logistics for national programs.
• Provide administrative support across the team, including calendar management and invoices.
• Collaborate with Marketing for outreach and digital updates.
