• Define specific software requirements to address business needs.
• Collaborate with programming staff to ensure requirements are built into design and testing.
• Act as liaison with software users to address questions and issues.
• Facilitate end-to-end frameworks for processing eligibility exchanges meeting standards.
• Lead discussions with plans and stakeholders to clarify requirements and review test cases.
