Flywheel is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Managed Services team, focusing on helping the world’s largest CPG brands drive more efficient eCommerce logistics. This hybrid role is based in Baltimore, MD, USA, delivering strategic guidance across Order to Cash and deduction management.

You will train retail managers, lead deduction clearance projects, identify fee reductions, and educate clients through collaborative sessions with sales, operations and customer service teams.

Formación

• Knowledge of eCommerce logistical processes, preferably Amazon.
• High attention to detail and desire for perfection.
• Time management skills including prioritisation of multiple client projects.
• Ability to analyse client data and translate into actionable insight.
• Consultative mindset focusing on helping others learn and succeed.
• Program management experience overseeing ongoing projects.

Responsabilidades

• Order to Cash consultation: evaluate each step for efficiency and accuracy.
• Internal training: train retail managers and specialists on Supply Chain solutions.
• Deduction clearance project management: guide a team through disputing chargebacks, shortages, and price claims.
• Fee reduction: identify root causes of costs and build plans to avoid recurrence.
• Client education: host learning sessions with cross-functional teams across brands.
