Job summary

National Cooperative Bank seeks an ECM Information Governance Analyst to support the ECM Information Governance Lead in managing the ECM system, ensuring regulatory compliance, and proper records governance.

You will help with content stewardship, metadata quality, and alignment of the ECM platform with business processes, while developing foundational skills in information governance, lifecycle management, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in information governance, records management, data stewardship, or business analysis.
• Experience with ECM platforms (e.g., Laserfiche) and MS Office.
• Understanding of information lifecycle, metadata, and records management concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining ECM governance documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor metadata quality and document classification; escalate issues as needed.
• Support regulatory alignment (FFIEC, privacy, legal hold) under guidance.
• Collaborate with business units to validate metadata and template usage.
• Assist in onboarding new processes, templates, and workflows into ECM.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and remediation tracking.
• Assist in training sessions and adoption of ECM governance practices.
• Collect data for governance KPIs and measure metadata adoption.
