Disc Medicine is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate to support early-phase hematologic disease studies. You will work with Clinical Trial Managers, vendors, and CROs to ensure study milestones are met and documentation is prepared.

You will help maintain study timelines and budgets, ensure audit-readiness, coordinate sample logistics and site start-up activities, and assist with regulatory submissions. A BA/BS and familiarity with FDA/ICH GCP are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with understanding of FDA and ICH GCP guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong communication, initiative and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day clinical study activities with Clinical Trial Managers, vendors and CROs.
• Prepare and review study documentation and ensure audit-readiness of trial files.
• Coordinate sample logistics and site start-up activities; support study timelines and budgets.
• Assist with regulatory document submissions.
