Job summary

Rapport Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Associate to help keep bipolar mania studies on track by managing details, supporting the team, and enabling patients to access innovative treatments.

The role focuses on document management, TMF readiness, and collaboration with study teams across functions. A Bachelor’s in life sciences plus 3+ years in trial support is required, with strong Excel/Office skills and a proactive, confidential approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or healthcare related field.
3+ years’ experience in a clinical trial support position, biotech/pharma preferred.
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Solid understanding of responsibilities and needs of other functions in a clinical trial.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with initiative and proactivity, able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Coordinate distribution and retrieval of clinical documents (protocols, amendments, ICFs, TMF items).
Maintain inspection-ready TMF per ICH-GCP and SOPs.
Perform quality checks on study TMF under study COL oversight.
Prepare study docs (ICF, tools, templates); track trial equipment and supplies.
