Rate: $175,000

An established utility company in San Jose, CA is hiring an Asset Management Systems Supervisor for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. This position will lead a team of three Systems Analysts and Senior Systems Analysts responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing the HxGN EAM platform. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on enterprise asset management experience with strong people leadership, SQL, business intelligence, and systems integration skills.

Take ownership of a business‑critical platform while helping shape system modernization, field technology, and operational improvements. You’ll develop an established technical team, collaborate closely with technology and operations leaders, and drive improvements that support asset reliability and maintenance efficiency.
