Job summary

The State of Michigan, Treasury's Forms, Documentation & E-file Services, is seeking an E-file Fiduciary Income Tax Analyst. You will support testing with software partners, prepare documentation, and help maintain quality customer service and public relations across e-file products.

Candidates should have technical knowledge of Michigan Fiduciary and/or Individual Income Taxes, and experience writing and editing manuals, collecting and analyzing data, and communicating with the public.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• One year of professional experience.
• Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.

Responsibilities

• Test e-file products with software partners and document results.
• Produce and update manuals, reports and publications for e-file customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Michigan Treasury guidelines and public-facing communications.
