Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP is actively hiring an eDiscovery Litigation Support Specialist to join our Litigation team. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role with overtime eligibility and a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in New York, 2 days remote).

The annual salary range is $110,000–$125,000, with determination based on experience and qualifications. The role requires expertise with Relativity, DISCO, and other eDiscovery tools, plus collaboration with attorneys, staff, clients,

Qualifications

• Three or more years experience providing eDiscovery litigation support in the legal field.
• Three years experience working with paralegals, attorneys (in-house and outside counsel), and external vendors to define scope, schedule, and resources for eDiscovery work.
• Two or more years experience with document collections.
• Intermediate or Expert level experience using Relativity.
• Flexibility to work overtime hours if/when required.

Responsibilities

• Administer Relativity software and support attorneys’ use of Relativity.
• Design Relativity, Disco, and other vendor platforms databases and establish workflow for document reviews.
• Maintain eDiscovery databases, reporting and related document/evidence collection administration.
• Ensure timely flow and online availability of documents/evidence across matters in the US.
• Provide consultation to US offices concerning ESI for collections, processing, review and production.
• Coordinate loading of data from vendors into firm databases.
• Create reports to track electronic discovery processing and production.
