Job summary

Fredrikson is seeking an E-Billing Analyst to join our finance team in a hybrid role based in Minneapolis. You will act as the liaison between client e-billing systems, client contacts, and legal teams to ensure accurate, efficient e-billing in line with outside counsel guidelines.

Responsibilities include submitting invoices via eBillingHub and client platforms, resolving billing rejections, and supporting onboarding, appeals, and billing compliance.

Qualifications

• Post high school training in accounting or finance.
• Experience with eBillingHub and other e-billing vendor sites.
• Knowledge of Elite 3E in a law firm finance environment.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic billing activities, including invoice submission, troubleshooting rejections, and compliance with client billing guidelines.
• Submit invoices through eBillingHub and client platforms; coordinate resolution of billing issues.
• Support e-billing onboarding, appeals, and billing compliance with attorneys, legal staff, and clients.
• Manage client rates, including rate maintenance and approved rate changes.
• Provide backup for accrual submissions and related reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and client service.
