Job summary

Elevate Service Group in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking an Applications Developer to advance the Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC platform and the C#/.NET integration layer. You will implement extensions, modernize code, and build interfaces that connect field service, payroll, accounts receivable, reporting, and other core systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years developing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central (C/AL and/or AL).
• Strong C# development experience with .NET Framework applications and services.
• Strong integration development experience — XML, web services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong SQL Server skills (T-SQL: queries, stored procedures, performance basics).
• Track record of turning designs into production-ready code with testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.
• Support C/AL-to-AL code conversion and modern extensions.
• Develop and maintain C# applications and integration services on .NET Framework.
• Translate designs into production code and manage build, test, and deployment.
• Support data conversion, integration, and onboarding across consolidating platforms.
• Contribute to SQL data warehouse and Power BI reporting as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve development defects escalated from support.
• Follow source control, docs, and release discipline.
