MongoDB is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to design and build AI-driven automations across the marketing tech stack. You will connect data, tools, and workflows to help marketers move faster and more precisely, working primarily with Workato and Claude, alongside Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce, Intercom, and other platforms.

The role is based in Dublin for our hybrid working model, with a strong emphasis on governance, data integrity, and scalable system solutions across marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or process automation roles.
• Experience with Workato and connectors for Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce, HubSpot.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and MCPs.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience with APIs, data mappings, and system schemas.
• Experience with AI/ML in marketing workflows.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain AI driven automations and integrations across marketing technologies to streamline workflows and bring operational efficiencies
• Partner with regional marketing teams, marketing operations and marketing analytics to identify automation opportunities and remove process friction
• Translate marketing and campaign needs into automated, scalable system solutions, using Workato and related tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Engineering, and Marketing Ops to ensure data integrity and alignment
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations for reliability and performance
• Create and maintain documentation, including automation playbooks and best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert and consultant within Marketing on process design and automation strategy
• Support governance, compliance, and change management related to system workflows and integrations
