Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a senior leader to advance governance, compliance, and accountability across the DSD channel. You will collaborate with Brand Leadership, Retail Operations, Finance, IT and suppliers to ensure disciplined execution and measurable improvements in on-shelf availability and revenue growth.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, driving the GlobalWorx platform, KPI monitoring, and executive reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of retail or CPG supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven project management and change management capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead governance initiatives within the DSD supply chain governance structure.
• Drive policy, process, and operating model improvements.
• Partner with Brand Leadership, Retail Operations, Merchandising, Finance, IT, and suppliers to ensure compliance.
• Establish executive-level reporting on supplier performance and risk.
• Collaborate with analytics to translate data into actionable governance decisions.
