• Ability to analyze supplier performance and drive improvements
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven track record delivering data-driven governance improvements
• Experience with governance reporting to executives

Responsibilities

• Lead governance within the DSD supply chain across brands and partnerships
• Serve as governance contact for assigned brands ensuring policy adherence
• Oversee the GlobalWorx platform and Accountability Program for delivery of outcomes
• Monitor and resolve governance concerns with Retail Operations and Suppliers
• Develop reporting, measurement frameworks, and system capabilities for governance visibility
• Collaborate with analytics to translate data into actionable governance decisions
• Drive change management across internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Provide executive reporting on supplier performance and risk indicators
