Standard Supply is hiring a Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. This hybrid position combines safe, on-road deliveries with hands-on warehouse work to keep our operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of box truck driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. The role supports a fast-paced team and offers opportunities for growth within a family‑owned HVAC supplier with locations across Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable box truck driving in the last 3–5 years.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic signs and reports.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
• Willingness to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT exam.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck safely and deliver orders with care, including customer signatures.
• Use a tablet to follow delivery routes.
• Load and unload trucks; prepare orders in the warehouse.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues to the branch manager.
• Follow warehouse procedures and assist with other tasks as needed.
