Bowman and Brooke LLP in California is seeking a Docketing Manager to lead the firm’s docketing operations across multiple offices. You will ensure deadlines, filings, and statutes are accurately calculated and communicated to attorneys and staff, while training a docketing team.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with CompuLaw Vision and Milana, strong knowledge of federal/state e-filing rules, and a track record of improving docketing processes in a law firm environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or equivalent preferred.
• 7–10 years of docketing experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting.
• Experience supervising docketing staff in a distributed or multi-office environment.
• Hands-on expertise with CompuLaw Vision and/or Milana docketing platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in CompuLaw Vision and/or Milana for rule sets.
• Working knowledge of federal and state e-filing systems (CM/ECF, NYSCEF, etc.).
• Familiarity with iManage and Microsoft Office Suite.
