Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advise staff on budgetary issues and personnel matters.
• Schedule logistics and secure resources for units using Workday.
• Develop and prioritize unit work plans within constraints.
• Supervise two Unit Business Officers.
• Analyze data, compile progress reports, provide recommendations.
• Implement policies and procedures to align with Chancellor’s Office and Finance & Strategy.
