PetroLedger is seeking a Division Order Analyst in Houston, TX, to manage division order work across client accounts. You will interpret title opinions, process transfers, and own DOIs for new wells, with a focus on accuracy and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of progressive oil and gas Division Order or related land administration experience.
• Ability to interpret leases, title opinions, conveyances, assignments, probate documents, and related ownership instruments.
• Strong mathematical aptitude, analytical reasoning, and research skills.
• Experience with title review, DOI setup for new wells, and ownership maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Independently review and interpret title opinions, leases, and related instruments to determine ownership interests.
• Process ownership transfers, pay status changes, and DOI setup for new wells and acquisitions.
• Coordinate with land, revenue, and accounting teams to resolve cross-functional ownership issues.
• Provide guidance to Division Order Technicians and maintain timely owner inquiries handling.
