Job summary

A leading restaurant group in Texas is seeking a District Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens. This hybrid-remote role requires significant travel throughout Texas, primarily to Dallas, Austin, and Houston. Candidates must have at least 5 years of kitchen management experience and proven leadership in a multi-unit setting. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of kitchen or retail management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit experience, managing 4 or more locations.
• Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations.
• Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance.
