Responsibilities

• Conduct fraud risk reviews by analyzing chargebacks and transactional data to identify patterns and assess risk.
• Support team and departmental goals through independent and collaborative work.
• Create chargeback documentation using customer and transaction records to support loss prevention and resolution.
• Maintain performance standards in a hybrid work environment with reliability and accountability in tasks.
• Identify and report technical or operational issues impacting team workflow.
• Engage with customers, financial institutions, vendors, airlines, and internal teams to reduce chargeback losses through effective communication.
