Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer and location calls and open cases.
• Dispatch service calls to technicians and track progress.
• Maintain status logs and ensure timely dispatch.
• Collaborate with Service Solutions teams to improve operations.
• Prepare reports and business correspondence.
