Job summary

People’s Light in Malvern, PA seeks its first Director of Strategic Revenue & Growth to unify contributed, earned, and enterprise revenue under one strategy, guiding the next strategic plan. The role reports to the Executive Artistic Director and oversees Development, Marketing & Box Office, and Farmhouse Operations.

The Director will lead three senior directors, foster cross‑functional collaboration, build donor relationships, and identify growth opportunities across programs to align revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in revenue generation, advancement, or a related function.
• Demonstrated success growing earned or contributed income.
• Prior experience in the live arts, cultural sector, or mission-driven nonprofit environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Strategy & Growth Planning: develop and implement a data-driven, multi-year revenue growth strategy across Development, Marketing, and Farmhouse teams.
• Integration Across Revenue Channels: align Development, Marketing, and Farmhouse activities into a seamless donor journey.
• Stakeholder Development & Advancement: expand pathways for engagement and donor cultivation.
• Enterprise Innovation & Program Expansion: explore new business models and partnerships to diversify income streams.
• Team Leadership & Capacity Building: lead, mentor, and develop senior department heads.
