Job summary

Massachusetts Advocates Standing Strong (MASS) seeks a full-time Director of Training & Program Development to enhance statewide training initiatives, leadership development, and program coordination in Massachusetts. The role partners with the Executive Director, staff, self-advocates, trainers, and community partners to grow MASS programs with accessible leadership and robust systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Master's preferred.
• Experience in self-advocacy, disability rights, or community organizing is valued.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead MASS training initiatives, including SALS, I-SALS, and regional trainings.
• Coordinate logistics for trainings and events, including accessibility accommodations.
• Supervise staff and training teams; support onboarding and scheduling.
• Maintain organizational systems for schedules, tasks, and communication using Google Workspace.
• Develop and improve training curricula, materials, and accessibility practices.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and MASS Board to strengthen workflows and procedures.
