Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow individual giving and achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Experience cultivating, soliciting and stewarding donors at all levels.
• Experience developing and executing integrated fundraising campaigns.

• Develop and implement strategies to significantly grow overall giving.
• Lead growth and stewardship of major donor programs, including President’s Council.
• Oversee fundraising campaigns, events and donor communications.
• Manage staff and CRM systems to track performance and donor engagement.
