You will design, deploy, and govern GenAI platforms, collaborate with cross-functional squads, and mentor junior data scientists. The role blends research with practical AI integration across Fitch’s business units.

The position emphasizes developing state-of-the-art models, establishing standards, and driving AI adoption while delivering measurable impact for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on generative AI, deep learning, machine learning, NLP, and large language models.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying successful deep learning and NLP models in real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Create standards, prescriptions and recommendations for data science frameworks and models across enterprise AI use cases.
• Build data science blueprints, evaluation services, and frameworks for GenAI platform.
• Lead and manage projects focused on generative AI, deep learning, NLP and large language models.
