Job summary

Meaden & Moore, a leading accounting, tax, advisory and business consulting firm, seeks an experienced Manager for its Investigative Accounting Group. The role focuses on evaluating complex property damage, business income losses and related forensic work for insurers and clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in public accounting, strong communication and analytical skills, CPA is preferred but not required, and a willingness to travel about 20% with a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in accounting or finance, CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with client service mindset.
• Willingness to travel overnight approximately 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, concurrent assignments in forensic accounting.
• Supervise analysis and schedule preparation of staff.
• Develop solid technical accounting skills in property damage and business interruption.
• Develop business contacts and networking within the insurer and client base.
• Recruit, train and develop staff within the team.
