Responsibilities

Directly supervise Administrative staff within Clinical Services.
Oversee orientation, competency, and training records for Administrative team.
Provide mentorship and recruitment/retention strategies for areas of responsibility.
Ensure staff compliance with clinical goals and communicate new directives to managers.
Support development and implementation of innovative programs to improve health outcomes and reduce costs.
Lead MEB activities, plan agendas, and manage committees per policies.
