Lead the Specialist function and Board-related certification services, driving quality and timely outcomes across boards.

You will oversee a team, manage workloads, and coordinate certification programs, while partnering with departments to enhance process and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience in certification, credentialing, association management, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience serving as staff liaison to boards or committees.
• Experience supervising and developing staff in a service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four to six Specialists delivering phone, email, case, and ticket-based support.
• Establish service standards, workload indicators, and stakeholder satisfaction measures.
• Own board-related needs and ensure work aligns with policy and governance boundaries.
• Coordinate examination administration, credentialing reviews, and communications.
• Collaborate across departments to improve workflows and technology adoption.
