FRONT ROW Group seeks a skilled Digital Video Producer to join the creative team. The role involves shooting social content autonomously and potentially guiding on-set direction for models during larger productions, plus handling a range of production tasks.

You will master lighting, camera systems, and post-production workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver visually compelling brand stories. Hybrid schedule with in-studio focus in San Diego.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production.
• Ability to shoot autonomously for smaller-scale productions (social retainers, lean shoots).
• Experience across solo setups to large-scale shoots.

Responsibilities

• Shoot social content autonomously and potentially direct on-set direction for models.
• Manage lighting, camera, and sound on set when needed.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver brand-aligned visuals.
• Direct talent on set to ensure authentic storytelling and strong performances.
• Oversee pre-production through post-production to maintain quality and consistency.
