Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Strong change management and project management skills; able to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to redesign business practices and drive digital transformation.
• Develop and apply change management methodologies and communication plans.
• Lead projects from requirements through deployment, managing schedules, scope, and risk.
• Collaborate with campus partners and senior leadership to align investments with strategy.
